Dr. Nathaniel Jacob is an outstanding Dentist. Not only does he know what he’s doing but he’s also very friendly and kind. His staff are equally just as nice as he is. Going to the Dentist was always so stressful for me but I never feel this way about my visits with Dr.Jacob! If your looking for a knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful office then look No Further. If I could hand out more than 5 stars ⭐️ on google I would.

I have been going here and have been taking my family here for years. The staff has always been kind and helpful and they have always gone above and beyond to ensure our dental health is at its best. Doctor Jacob is amazing at his job and he is always transparent with what is going on during our appointments and after. It is also very clean and everything is always sanitized and kept nice. I highly recommend this establishment.

Wonderful dentist. He is a bit of a drive for me but I know he's cautious not to do costly procedures that aren't necessary. Based on his bedside manner, my trust with his judgement and the other nice reviews I will continue to only use him.

Dr. Jacob and his staff are amazing. I saw the negative review on here and I had to chime in. Business is business. If Medicaid only pays for 25 mins, then that’s what it is. It’s not the doctor’s fault. At the end of the day, him and his staff have to get paid. I can only imagine what his expenses are for his OWN BUSINESS. I started going to DR. JACOBS in 2019. He’s the only dentist me and my family will go to. He might seem like he’s in a rush. But he’s not. He’s very patient! if he can work something out. He will! When I first came to him I had Medicaid, and I got treated very well. His staff feel like family! And no he can’t give narcotic's over the phone. You must be seen in the office first, and be evaluated. Back in the days you were able to get narcotics easily from doctors. They put a stop to that years ago! Don’t come on here and bash him and his team, because this man and his staff are amazing! Thank you for your service DOC. See you soon 🫡

Love the workers there❤️ Super friendly service Extremely clean environment The assistants are so friendly, attentive and always listen to my concerns. Before any dentist walks in the room. The assistants don’t just prepare you, They try to empathize with you while being in pain because let’s face it & calm you down. That’s what most people only choose to go see one.😩 One of my top favorite dentist and let me just say I don’t like many dentists 🤣 Is, Dr Nathaniel Jacob DDS. Let me just say, He doesn’t rush you. Answers all the questions. Super gentle ( & keep in mind I don’t have the best memories or experience with dentists). However with him, Totally different experience. You won’t be disappointed ❤️ I rate him A+++ I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting other dentists there as well and cleanings And they all have been so friendly towards me. Never had a issue when being serviced. Always left with no pain😁😁😁 I have been to many dentist and by the time I walk out of the door, Be in EXTREME pain. Ever since I have been going to his office, whole different ball game. I have been going there for some years now, And don’t plan to ever leave him. He’s the real deal ❤️ Now the front desk staff they can have more improvement. They’re professional when walking in & attending to you, However, Getting them to answer the phone between 9am - 10 am is another thing. To make matters worse unfortunately they don’t listen to their voicemail messages either in a appropriate manner. Definitely not first thing in the morning. I’m not sure why they don’t consider it also a priority to hear them 🤷‍♀️. Especially if the call isn’t being taken. Sometimes It would take hours till they notice it and get a call back. But as the saying goes, Life isn’t perfect in the big city So we can all improve in some ways.

I can’t say enough great things about this amazing offfice! The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to answer any questions, making you feel completely at ease. Dr. Jacob is simply amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about patients. You can tell they take their time to ensure everything is done perfectly while making sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I’ve never felt rushed or like just another patient; they genuinely care about providing the best care possible. You can tell they prioritize patient comfort. If you’re looking for a fantastic dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs office. You won’t find a better team to take care of your smile!

I have been going to Dr. Jacob for a while now he’s very knowledgeable and kind and attentive he really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. Great office space and very clean!! staff here is amazingly friendly they are always willing to work with your availability. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

My first visit so far all good I saw an assistant Val who did the cleaning and xrays. I must say the best I've had in years all others who've done the cleaning were on the sadistic side she was really good and very informative.

Excellent from start to finish I had a pleasant experience. The hygienists and dentists are so patient and kind. I feel well taken care of here.
